These groups of studies were taken over a week as storms and rough weather subsided into calm clear days. Much of the material comes from a single 3 hour session that started before dawn on the first morning. The beach at Bastion Point had been blown and washed into all sorts of shapes and layers of foam and seaweed. Most of the studies were about enjoyment I have at times just letting different elements in material specimens compose themselves as an exercise across the view finder. Gary Proctor |
