Camping is a popular recreational activity in Mallacoota, especially during the school holidays. It certainly isn't obvious from this picture though, is it? The camp park on the foreshore has over 600 sites, most of which are in use during the peak seasons of Christmas and Easter. Beach walks, as well as forest walks, are popular amongst locals and visitors.
lake views, mallacoota Boating and fishing are two of the most popular recreational activities in Mallacoota. Recreational fishing is one of the main reasons for people visiting Mallacoota. This is often done from jetties, but mostly from boats. These, like the one in the background, are used by many to find their favourite spot in which to find the often elusive fish.
