ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT

Our waterfront architect designed home provides luxury accommodation for up to six guests, with sensational water views from all living areas and bedrooms. All rooms are beautifully appointed and guests will enjoy the display of original artworks by the owner/artist.
The most extensive views are seen from the six metre square outdoor living area adjacent to the kitchen and dining area.
A separate lounge room includes a library, wood fire, smart TV, DVD player and surround sound system. WiFi is also available in the house.
The main bedroom includes a queen sized bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have a queen sized bed and two single beds respectively, with built in wardrobes.
The north facing windows ensure maximum passive solar heat gain. Even in winter, no artificial heating is required on sunny days. The slow combustion fires in kitchen and lounge areas provide a beautiful ambience and warmth on winter nights and overcast days. Additional heating is available in the bedrooms and free firewood is provided.
The main bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilet and laundry complete the accommodation which is on a single level, one step up from ground level. The downstairs studio gallery is only open in January.

In addition to a kitchen garden that guests are welcome to harvest and three productive hens, the front pergola and Mediterranean inspired garden provide an attractive alfresco eating area with BBQ. Sweeping lawns lead to the lake shore and the start of the Lakeside Shared Pathway which provide a 4.5 km scenic pedestrian and bike track with boardwalks into town. Less than a kilometre to the left, a quiet road leads past Bucklands Boat Hire to the start of the Croajingalong National Park.
