The property sits on a well manicured, grassy block , roughly 1.08 hectre in size - there is plenty of room for car and boat parking with hoses available for boat cleaning. Please be mindful of water restrictions in place at the time of your booking.

There is a timber deck to the front of the property which provides an outdoor dining area and a BBQ with dual option for gas burner or heat coal cooking. (If you wish to use the heat coal option, please BYO heat chips - they are not provided)

The master bedroom is generous in size, with walk through wardrobe leading to an ensuite. Large open plan living, dining and kitchen, with the east facing wall made up of floor to ceiling windows that offer lots of natural light; creating an open and inviting feel to the home.

Both the remaining two bedroom are decent in size with BIR's. The second bathroom is a full size and offers a shower and a bathtub- there is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer for guest use.
This property includes linen - Please note that you will be required to bring your own towels. Each room has a comfy bed; the master and second bedroom both with queen sized beds and then the third bedroom with 2 singles.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need including a coffee machine (pods supplied), microwave, oven and dishwasher, plus a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area.

Dogs are not allowed inside, there is a fully fenced yard to the rear of the property where you pet can safely stay. Please ensure that all mess is removed and disposed of prior to the completion of your booking...
