This comfortable home offers a wonderful seaside escape in the beautiful coastal town of Mallacoota. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and second with a double bed. There is also a single fold out bed available if needed (please make this request at your time of booking). The property has one Jack and Jill bathroom ( 2 door entry ) making it perfect for families, a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Offering all the creature comforts of home, this tastefully decorated holiday rental is located roughly 600 meters from Mallacoota's town centre, and roughly 2km from the main wharf and the main surf beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped and the property offers a wide selection of books, novels, DVDs and board games to help guests rest and relax whilst enjoying their holiday.

The property is pet friendly, and the back courtyard and (small) grassed area is fully fenced. We welcome your furry friends at our property, with a limit of two pets. Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbours when travelling with their pets and to leave the courtyard and grassed area free from pet droppings on their departure. No pets inside.

There is a fan forced, wood fire heater at the property. For summer, each bedroom and the lounge-room are supplied with a portable fan.

The property also has a BBQ and a small fire-pit. There is also a washing machine and clothesline for guest use.

There is plenty of room at this property for car and boat parking. Please note that the pool on site is not currently open for guest use.

The property includes linen and towels and access to spare blankets for those chilly nights! Each bedroom has its own oil heater and electric blanket.

There is plenty of parking for cars and boats. The property provides an array of safety features including fire blankets, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
